I called the company on 12/16 inquiring about a quote to install a new garage door opener. They were able to schedule later that afternoon a window of time for a technician to come out to quote the job. Connor called me a couple hours later to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable and easy to talk to about the job. The quote was very fair, and he was able to do the installation right then and there, and was very quick! Just under 2 hours or so. He was able to walk through the new opener, and helped install the new keypad as well. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door help!

Mack was awesome, he was knowledgeable, fun to chat with, and all around seemed like a great dude and employee. Idk who needs to hear this but people like him are what makes or breaks relationships and he did an amazing job! Would highly recommend and will ask for him going forward!

I had Garage Door Doctor come out today. A young man named Gabriel. He was very informative, patient, and professional. He sized up the situation, repaired and replaced what was needed quickly, and was very reasonable on the pricing. He did a wonderful job! Thanks Gabriel!

Have a garage door opener installed by garage door Doctors recently. Saturday the safety device quit working. Messaged them ffor an appointment for this morning. Mack came out, did some testing and discovered that the wiring from the sensors to the opener was defective. (Wiring was on the wall and through the attic. Installed when the house was built 22 yrs. ago). He ran new wiring up the wall, across the ceiling and down to the opener. Problem solved! He tested the outdoor keypad and the openers on our cars making sure they worked correctly. Since Garage Door Doctors installed the opener, this fix was covered under the 10 year warranty. Garage Door Doctors and Mack are my go to guys? Highly recommend them!

The coil spring on my garage door broke today. I called Garage Door Doctor around noon. Made an appointment for a 2pm - 6pm time slot. Tyler called and said he could come sooner. When he arrived he inspected the door and opener. He provided me with 3 options. He explained each very well. He completed the work quickly and explained exactly what he had done. Tyler is friendly, professional and thorough. Great service from the initial call to completion of the work.

I had an amazing experience with Matt. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and easy. Matt was great to work with — professional, communicative, and made sure everything was handled perfectly from the quote to the installation. Jose, the installation technician, did an outstanding job — very skilled, efficient, and left everything spotless when he was done.

Spring broke on garage door. Called Garage Door Doctor and they sent Tyler for the repair. Tyler was very informative, gave me my options and proceeded to fix my door. He did an excellent job! Door works great! Tyler is quite the professional!
