Jose and Eli did an awesome job with the installation of our new door. Not only did they do great work, they also took the time after the install to explain the work they had done to me, the warranty I now had, and also how to maintain our new door. Very skilled craftsman that are also very professional and nice people, and a very competitive price.

Matt came and fixed our garage door that was not functioning properly. He gave a heads up before coming and helped answer all my questions regarding garage door maintenance, keypad reset and key fob reset. Very reliable. Wonderful service.

We had sustained damage due to a tornado going through our area. Matt came out and made us us feel very at ease by answering all our questions. My spring broke on my garage door late last night and Garage Door Doctor came to the rescue. On a Friday before the holiday weekend even, they fit me into the schedule and still were at my door at the front end of the 2 hour window. I got a text ahead of time that they were coming and then Tyler showed up and was amazing. He was very friendly, willing to answer all my questions, did a thorough check of my door, gave me 3 different options to replace the spring. I am very satisfied with the company as a whole and Tyler was amazing, I highly recommend both.
Had a great experience the first time with Garage Door Doctor, but this second visit really put them over the top. The garage door went out of alignment right before the labor day weekend, and the team snuck us into the schedule to accommodate our long weekend and get us up and running. They had worked on the door about 8 months ago, and they covered the fix under the warranty we got. Darrin, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked past 9pm to get us fixed and moving again. Top customer service and we will be staying with them for all of our garage door needs.
Matt Whitney was the technician who came out to repair our garage door. The spring had snapped and the door itself wasn't in great shape.
Matt showed up near the beginning of the estimated time window. He was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I asked him a bunch of questions about cost, material specs, longevity of the new spring system, etc. He clearly had tons of technical expertise and was able to answer all my questions to my full satisfaction.
He was very down-to-earth and related well to my family's situation. He wasn't pushy at all. He recommended 3 different spring configurations to choose from for the size/weight of our garage door and really allowed me to make a well-educated, unbiased decision.
Then he gave me a simple after-tax quote without a bunch of extra hidden fees and junk, which was very refreshing. And the price was reasonable (if not low) based on some prior online research I had done.
Lastly, Matt was able to install the new spring system and do a bunch of repairs on the door itself that same day, having it fully operational by lunch. The door is in much better shape and actually opens/closes quietly now.
I would definitely recommend Garage Door Doctor to neighbors and friends!

Yesterday I was getting ready to go for a bike ride and my garage door decided that one of the rollers was going to stop halfway while the other kept going. Needless to say, I thought this was going to be a total loss. Called GDD, who picked up on a Sunday, got out within 2-3 hours, and fixed it for $300 without trying to upsell anything. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
